The Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Susan G Komen foundation Race for the Cure will be held October 21, at Miami's Bayfront Park. This is an incredible event that serves to" charge my batteries" for the rest of the year. Imagine being part of a literal sea of pink that stretches as far as the eye can see. Thousands of survivors, their families and friends gather to raise money, awareness and often to honor those who have lost their fight. It is an empowering thing to be part of.

This year for the first time, Comforts&Blessings will have a tent were we will sell our pink ribbon "Bless this Woman" angels. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Komen foundation. When I started this company I vowed to be part of the solution in any way that I could. This is only the beginning!
